How to Relieve My Pressure

Nowadays,most students in colleges and universities have various kinds of pressure, such as that of study, economy and employment. In a way, the employment pressure is the most serious of all.

For example, I have serious pressure on my English study. In order to improve my English,every day, I have to read as many English articles as possible, and to memorise as many English words as possible, and to practise my listening and speaking abilities for a long time at night.

English study almost makes me exhausted and sleepless every day. In order to relieve the pressure, I have found some ways, such as swimming,washing face with cold water. Sometimes I have to take a sleeping pill before my sleep. (123 words except the title: 不计标题,123字)

一、是通过运动的方式,比如跑步、瑜伽、气功等;
